As the name implies, most of the boots from Lugz feature heavy, durable, lug-patterned rubber soles that combine comfort, safety, and style.
Begun in 1993 by a family-owned company with more than 63 years in the shoe business, Lugz first offered just two boot styles and jeans and vest designs to go with them. Soon, however, the brand caught on in the hip-hop world, with endorsements from such superstars as Erick Sermon, Snoop Dog, Outkast, and Master P., and most recently the Lugz have been featured on the popular cable TV show “American Chopper” on the Discovery Channel.
