The brand had its start in Germany in 1886, when Carl-August Seibel started a shoe factory that quickly developed a reputation for quality. The founder’s grandson, Josef Seibel, gave the company his own name, and today a fourth Seibel generation continues to run a company now well established and widely respected for combining quality, style, and comfort.
