Instructions For Easy Returns
- Download and print the return form (PDF) located here. The return form can also be found on the invoice that arrived with your shoes.
- Complete the return form, and include the completed form in the box.
- Please package the merchandise you wish to return so that no damage will be inflicted during transit. Note: If the manufacturer's box is not in its original state (i.e. taped, torn, missing, etc.) a $10.00 surcharge will apply for re-boxing the product.

We will notify you via email as soon as your return has been processed. You should see a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days after notification that your return has been processed. Please note that refund processing and posting times vary by bank and method of payment.
- Merchandise must be unworn OR tried on for fit/sizing only.
- Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- The return form must be filled out completely and included with the item.
Free Return Shipping Eligibility
Free return shipping is available for US customers who elect to return their merchandise for store credit, rather than for a refund to their original method of payment. If you are interested in taking advantage of this option, please contact our Customer Care for assistance. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can enter when making your next purchase.
Terms of Store Credit
- The store credit coupon code is valid for one-time use only.
- The store credit coupon code is valid only at www.shoemetro.com.
- Currently, store credit is available to US customers only.
- For the time being, store credit coupon codes cannot be used in combination with any other coupon codes.
Free return shipping is also available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged merchandise. This includes items that are a different size, color, style, brand, or condition than what was described at the time of purchase, or what is indicated on your order confirmation. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, we're happy to help!

Notice Concerning Promotional Discounts and Coupon Codes
If a promotional discount or coupon code was used on the order that you wish to return items from, the unreturned portion of your order must still meet the requirements of the promotional discount in order to retain the discount. If the unreturned merchandise does not meet the requirements of the promotional discount, the discount will be forfeited.
For example, let's say you purchase 3 items using a coupon code that requires the sub total of your order to be more than $100. If you decide to return one of those items, the sub total of the two unreturned items must still meet the $100 promotional requirement. If the promotional requirements of the discount applied to your order at checkout are not met after merchandise if returned, the amount of the coupon code or discount will be deducted from your refund amount.
Notice Concerning Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Our merchandise sells quickly, and we are unable to guarantee that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available when your return is received. If you’d like to exchange merchandise you've received, we recommend returning the item in your possession and placing a separate order for the desired item.
